Jenn Crenshaw is a senior executive who builds and leads high performing teams. She is recognized for her skills in change management, cultural alignment, and human capital systems. For over 25 years Jenn has served as a trusted advisor in consumer goods, healthcare, hospitality and professional services. She is known for developing practical solutions while staying focused on both speed to market and return on investment. Jenn’s track record as a well-rounded business leader comes from her success in family led businesses, Main Street start-ups, and Fortune 50 firms. Jenn is known to be an entrepreneur at heart with a passion to see others meet their potential.
Currently, Jenn is serving as the Chief People Officer for Prospero Health an innovative medical practice providing home based medical care for the seriously ill. Prospero launched in January 2020 and currently employs over 700 people more than 400 of which are licensed medical professionals offering unique person-centered home-based medical care. As the leader of human capital for the practice, Jenn strives to build a culture of authenticity where people with a passion for service thrive.
A lifelong learner, Jenn has recently achieved her certification as a Mediator from Cornell and completed her Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University, adding to her Masters in Human Organizational Science from Villanova University and Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Messiah University. Jenn has served as an adjunct professor in the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and the Chapman School of Business at Florida International University. She is frequently invited to offer guest lectures and key notes on topics related to innovation in human resources and building cultures of intention.
