IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Jennifer Grove

April 2022

The year 2021 saw diversity, equity, and inclusion make it to the top of the agenda for most firms. However, we still have a long way to go before we truly achieve the balance that reflects our society’s reality.

Launched in succession to our Women in Business report last year, our new global series, Her Corner Office, brings to light the stories of opportunities, challenges, and achievements that catapulted leading women executives to success.

Our next episode features Jennifer Grove, Vice President, External Relations at Baptist Health Care where she provides senior leadership for Community Relations, Governmental Relations, Marketing and Communications, the Baptist Health Care Foundation and the Faith & Community Health Network. This role allows Jennifer an opportunity to continue to make positive impacts in the greater Pensacola community.

“We need to stop thinking about balance as an ideal.”

In her conversation with Shannon Libbert, Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate Partners, Jennifer shares her journey from the energy to the healthcare industry while also touching upon the question, “is there such a thing as balance?”

Jennifer also shares her top prediction for the industry and leadership advice she would give her younger self.
