Loreto Montoya Suarez is a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate.
Loreto specializes in executive search and leadership development for clients in the Technology, Telecom, Consumer and Industrial spaces. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, she worked 8 years for Korn Ferry US-Chile as a Senior Client Partner in the tech & digital COE. Before that she was the Commercial Sales Lead for Microsoft, where for five years she led Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and IOT Solutions for the 100 top enterprises in Chile. Prior to that, she worked as the National Sales Director in Sodexo B&R Mexico.
Loreto has also worked with GTD and Entel, major telecommunication operators in Latam, leading the commercial areas for these companies. Early in her career, she spent time at Ernst & Young in their consulting practice.
Loreto holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile as well as a master’s of business administration from West Georgia University.
Loreto is fluent in Spanish and English and is based in Santiago.
