Meet Nancy Albertini, the one of three members of Kingsley Gate Partners’ Office of the CEO. Her aim is to establish a practice focused on placing women on boards – and establish she did with 35% female board placements over the last three years.
One of the first natural initiatives we undertook while starting out was to establish a practice focused on placing women on boards. Led by a member of the Office of the CEO, Nancy Albertini, we now have 42% female consultants as a part of the hashtag#KGP family.
Wishing all women across industries a stimulating year ahead. Happy International Women’s Day!
“Senior managers should be equally trained to receive feedback.”
“The responsibility of performance evaluations and management should lie with both the business leaders and the human resource team.”
“The need to move away from the ‘forced Bell curve’ also brings with it a ‘forced budget’ which does not always make it to the forefront.”
“We need to bring more millennials to the decision-making table to understand what it is they exactly expect from these performance evaluations apart from the compensation. It varies more today than it ever did before.”

Day one at the Galaxy of Leaders event in Delhi brought about some interesting concepts on how technology is a driver in enhancing the process of performance evaluations across industries and geographies.
This year’s topic, “Don’t waste my time with performance evaluations. Who cares?” – Do we believe that HR 4.0 will fix this?
Some interesting concepts from yesterday:
“Why Feed Back when you can Feed Forward?”
“Defining performance evaluations for leadership is a very ominous task. Is it?”
“Your career growth should include an 80-20 mix. 80% focus on business skills and 20% on non-business skills. Do you agree?”
Let us know your thoughts while we gear up for our second day at the hashtag#GOL2020
