Xin Lewis

Vice President

Xin Lewis is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. With a background in global asset management search spanning the last decade, Xin has worked in Sydney, Hong Kong and now New York, with a focus on placing senior executives in investment and distribution functions. She has been an instrumental partner to some of the largest sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and asset managers, helping her clients build out their global teams as well as providing competitive intelligence that help them execute winning strategies.

Xin brings a unique global perspective and team build-out experience across EMEA, APAC and North America, particularly across alternative investments including private equity, private credit, and real assets. She has advised numerous investment management firms on growth strategy and team structures as they launch new strategies or expand their geographical footprint.

Xin is a graduate of Monash University in Melbourne. She holds a Bachelor of Business Law degree, with a minor in French Studies.

She is based in the firm’s New York office.
