A decision that had a huge impact on your life
One of the biggest, and most frightening, decisions I made was to leave large corporate HR leadership roles to go into Executive Search. This move gave my family and I more control over where we lived and where our kids went to school. It has also provided great satisfaction because, through search, I’m blessed to have had a meaningful and positive impact on many people and companies.
