Shannon Libbert is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting to the firm. Her executive search focuses on identifying diverse talent to fill clinical and operational leadership roles in health systems, academic medical centers, medical practices and private equity-backed healthcare services organizations.

Prior to joining Kinsley Gate, Shannon led the healthcare human resources practice at Korn Ferry. Additionally, she has spent many years leading human resources and national partnerships in the award-winning healthcare consulting firm, Studer Group.

She is an expert in developing and sustaining relationships that enable leaders to achieve long term success in cultural and operational outcomes. Her extensive experience in the healthcare sector and her background as a CHRO make her particularly skilled in assisting complex organizations maintain high levels of engagement during times of continuous change.

Shannon has placed many Chief Executive Officers, Chief Medical Officers and Chief Human Resource/People Officers (among others) in leading providers across the country. Her background in consulting and advising on selection and retention, leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, integration and change management make her a frequently sought out strategic partner. She has also been invited to speak at national conferences based on her industry expertise and engaging presentation style.

Shannon has two bachelor’s degrees and one master’s degree in public administration - all from Florida State University. She also holds a graduate certification in human resource management with specialization in healthcare administration.

She is based in Florida.

In 2010, my husband and I decided to adopt a child through the foster-to-adopt program. Our son has been such a blessing to us and although he is a teenager now, we can’t imagine life without him! We are so fortunate.
