    Saurabh Gupta is the Chief Digital Officer of Kingsley Gate Partners. Saurabh has responsibility for defining the strategy and technical vision of the firm, as well as ensuring key business processes are in place to enable enterprise growth and flexibility.

    Saurabh was previously the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Wrkit, Inc., where he led the development of the company’s TalentBoost™ platform through technology development and partnership initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in developing, shaping and implementing HCM solutions, he has spent his entire career solving global HR technology problems, working for some of the largest enterprises in the world. Prior to Wrkit, Saurabh was Associate Director with Ramco System where he led presales along with partner management across multiple geographies. Before that, he was with Oracle for over 4 years where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including handling the end-to-end delivery cycle for PeopleSoft Global products in France & Spain. Earlier in his career, he held senior analyst and development roles with Affiliated Computer Systems, Hewitt Associates and HCL Technologies.

    As a multi-discipline executive, he partners with business and functional leadership to provide strategic design and deliver innovations for the executive teams. Saurabh is passionate about helping companies develop more engaged, productive places to work. He has been responsible for Human Capital systems implementation in the United States, China, France, the United Kingdom, and Spain. Saurabh’s deep technical background, combined with cross-cultural experience, behavioral flexibility and change management expertise have been essential elements in successful HR technology development and implementation initiatives around the world.

    Saurabh holds a bachelor's degree in Computer science from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal, India and is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School. He is based in our Boston location.
