Raj Kapoor is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. He specializes in Client Partner and Practice Leader searches on behalf of global professional services firms, financial services institutions and private equity clients. He brings 20 years of executive search experience. The early part of his career was spent on the client-side with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, KPMG and Scient.
Raj specializes in working with the “Big Four”, management consulting, technology services, BPO and business services clients and has completed assignments for Client Partners, Managing Directors, Practice Leaders, and various sales leadership roles. He has deep industry expertise in Financial Services with key focus areas including Digital Services, Mergers and Acquisitions, IT Strategy, Analytics, Sales, Risk, Regulatory Compliance (Basel III, CCAR), and Transaction Advisory Services placements. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Raj worked for another global retained search firm, originally joining as Director within the Professional Services practice before receiving back-to-back promotions to Principal and then Senior Partner. Raj supported relationships with a global advisory firm, an F500 IT services firm, and several regional specialist service providers.
A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Raj received his MBA in Human Resource Management from Pace University. He is based in the firm’s New York City location.
