A decision that had a huge impact on your life
Early in my career I received some critical feedback from a mentor about my interactions with other colleagues. I made the decision to hire a professional coach who coached me to see how my actions and behavior could change to more positive and constructive behaviors. The ability to empathize with others since then has dramatically shaped my relationships.
