María Alejandra is a well-rounded expert in consumer goods, retail, technology and telecommunication industries, and in the financial services sector. Among her clients are very prestigious multinational Fortune 500 organizations and important local groups. Previously, María Alejandra was a Partner with Caldwell and CTPartners. She began her executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles, serving as Project Manager. Among her other professional experiences, she also performed several managerial positions in some very important Venezuelan corporations such as Grupo El Universal, J. Walter Thompson and Concept Publicidad.
María Alejandra graduated from the Universidad Metropolitana with a degree in Business Administration. She is certified in Hogan Assessment. She speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
