A decision that had a huge impact on your life
Hurricane Katrina 2005

We decided to leave VA where I was in an ELT role to move back to New Orleans so our children would grow up with their grandparents and cousins. While there, we were part of the Hurricane Katrina devastation, where we, as well as thousands of others lost their homes and businesses.

Nancy Albertini and I reconnected and she offered an opportunity in late 2006 to leave New Orleans, move to Dallas to start an executive search business. That offer and the decision to accept changed our lives in many ways. The rest is history!
