Studying the management and compensation of European institutional distribution professionals can be an effective way to gauge the health of and pinpoint trends shaping an industry. In the tenth anniversary edition of the Survey of Institutional Sales in European Asset Management, Paige Scott, senior partner at Kingsley Gate Partners, along with Steve Unzicker from Anzu Research in partnership with the European Institutional Investor Institute, conducted one-on-one interviews with a number of survey participants to allow them to understand how firms are recruiting, training, and compensating institutional distribution professionals throughout Europe.
