Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Vinay spent over 8 years at Executive Access ending his tenure as Managing Director and Head of the Singapore office. He was responsible for spearheading the business development efforts in Southeast Asia. Vinay has a strong record of closures in investment banking and capital markets, fixed income, and also credit funds.
Before Executive Access, Vinay was with Positive Moves, a boutique search firm in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for developing and managing the markets business. Prior to Positive Moves, Vinay worked with Korn Ferry for three years in Hong Kong. Prior to Korn Ferry, Vinay was with Principal Search and Akamai Financial Markets, as a member of their Global Markets team.
Vinay is a graduate of HKUST with a double major in Finance and Business. Vinay speaks fluent English and Hindi.
