Andrew Holmes is the Chief Executive Officer of Kingsley Gate and is responsible for setting and executing the firm’s strategy. Andrew has 20+ years of experience in private equity and professional services as an investor, operator, and board member across a broad range of industries. Andrew has held multiple executive leadership roles with experience building and scaling services businesses both organically and through strategic M&A.
Andrew is a Partner at Crescent Cove, a San Francisco-based investment firm, and leads the firm’s private equity strategy. Prior to Crescent Cove, Andrew was a Principal with Calera Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, where he led and managed investments in the business services and industrial sectors. Previously, he worked for Bain Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for investments across a variety of industries. Andrew began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients on strategic and operational initiatives.
Andrew received an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.B.A degree in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Andrew is based in San Francisco, CA.
