Global Executive Search Firm Deepens Life Sciences Expertise with Two Key Appointments

Kingsley Gate, a global executive search firm that is private-equity backed, tech-enabled, and rapidly expanding worldwide today announced that Chris Coe and Paul Cashman have been appointed to help with the expansion of the firm’s global Life Sciences Practice.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, Chris Coe was a senior Client Partner at Chaberton Partners. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President, Search at Talentmark – the first global executive search firm to focus exclusively on life sciences. At Talentmark, Chris was an instrumental part of the leadership team and responsible for growth across both executive search and interim management.

He has been a Partner and Co-Global Lead at Caldwell’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice and was Global Co-Leader of the Life Sciences Practice at CTPartners, and a senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry.

Chris is well known for his close ties with the biotech and medical devices investment community, and has an outstanding track-record when it comes to building high-performance leadership teams for these start-ups and growth stage firms.

Paul Cashman is a life sciences specialist with extensive experience of recruiting for Board and C-Suite roles. He joins from Chaberton Partners where he was Global Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences. Previously, he was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson’s Global Life Sciences Practice and Head of Executive Recruitment for AbbVie, a global biopharma company.

Additionally, Paul has broad expertise in leadership consulting. He was the COO for LifeSci Search, a leading provider of global consulting services. Currently, he holds a Board advisory role at CapitalConnect and is an NED at a healthcare data analytics start-up.

Chris will be based in London and Paul will divide his time between London and France. Whilst their work is truly global, their primary focus will be the UK, Europe and North America.

As part of Kingsley Gate’s continued expansion, Chiara Brega (Principal) and Louise Wakefield (Project Manager), are also joining to help support the Life Sciences Practice.
