Alexandra zu Ysenburg, Christophe Mamboury, and Claudia Hardy join as Senior Partners in Mexico City, and Eugenia Menéndez Rakosnik onboards as Senior Partner in Barcelona. About the Appointments:

Alexandra zu Ysenburg

Senior Partner, Mexico City

Alexandra co-leads the firm’s presence in Mexico and brings more than 15 years of  experience in executive search and leadership advisory within multinational environments. Her work spans a broad range of industries including logistics and infrastructure, industrial, technology, and professional services, with a particular focus on C-level and senior executive searches. She also advises organizations on leadership assessment, and strategic talent advisory within international and cross-cultural contexts.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Alexandra co-founded Ezentia Group in 2011, a boutique executive search firm in Mexico, where she led numerous senior-level assignments and advised boards and CEOs on critical leadership decisions. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in multinational organizations in Germany and Mexico, focusing on process transformation, operational excellence, and organizational alignment.

Alexandra also served for more than 10 years on the Board of Fundación Comunitaria Malinalco and was Co-Chair of 50/50 Women on Boards in Mexico. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and is fluent in Spanish, German, and English.

Christophe Mamboury

Senior Partner, Mexico City

Christophe  leads executive search engagements for C-level clients across the retail, consumer, real estate, and industrial sectors. His expertise spans executive search, leadership consulting, and high-stakes mandates, including CEO succession planning.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Christophe served for seven years as a Partner at a Mexican executive search firm. He previously served as Country Manager of IE University in Mexico and earlier built his career over more than a decade in the Consumer Industry, in roles at Nestlé, Grupo Herdez, and Pernod-Ricard. Christophe holds an MBA from IE Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a French and Spanish native speaker and is highly proficient in English.

Claudia Hardy

Senior Partner, Mexico City

Claudia began her career in equity research at Credit Suisse in New York and later joined Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles, specializing in Latin American companies. She subsequently worked at Compass Group, where she held positions of increasing responsibility in asset management, rising to Chief Investment Officer of Compass Group Mexico and Chief Investment Officer of Compass Group in New York. She later joined GE Capital as Senior Risk Officer. In 2011, she co-founded Ezentia Group, a leading boutique executive search and leadership consulting firm in Mexico, where she led the Financial and Professional Services practice.

Claudia serves as a non-executive board member of Barclays Mexico and HR Ratings, and on the board of CIMAD, the Centro de Investigación de la Mujer en la Alta Dirección. She is the founder of the Consejo de Empresarias y Ejecutivas A.C., has served as an invited professor at IPADE, and is a frequent public speaker on management, leadership, and gender diversity in the boardroom. She co-founded 50/50 Women on Boards in Mexico, part of a leading global advocacy campaign for gender balance in corporate boardrooms.

Claudia holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from IPADE. She is a Fellow of the International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation Program, held at Harvard Business School and INSEAD, and a member of the Santander Women Global 50 program at the London School of Economics.

Eugenia Menéndez Rakosnik

Eugenia joins Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as Senior Partner specializing in technology and AI, based in Barcelona. A technology executive with a proven track record of driving growth, strategic transformation, and large-scale value creation, she has held key roles at VASS, a leading digital transformation consultancy, where she served as Managing Director for the Catalan market, leading business development and the comprehensive management of regional operations. She also led the definition of VASS’s global company strategy, executing inorganic growth operations to expand the company’s international footprint.

Prior to VASS, she was a Partner at IBM, where she developed strategic relationships and high-impact opportunities with major IBEX 35 accounts, connecting complex technology solutions with the business objectives of leading organizations. Eugenia holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institut Químic de Sarrià (IQS), a Master’s in Finance from INSEAD, and has completed a program in Sustainability and Corporate Governance at the University of Oxford.
