Kingsley Gate, a leading global AI-native executive search and human capital advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Paige C. Scott as Global Head of Asset Management and Wealth. A Senior Partner with the firm since 2016 and based in San Francisco, Paige brings more than two decades of executive search experience advising asset managers, alternative investment firms, and wealth organizations on senior leadership and talent strategy. In her expanded role, she will lead the firm’s global strategy and continued growth across these increasingly interconnected sectors as part of Kingsley Gate’s Global Financial Services practice.
A key part of Paige’s mandate will be strengthening connectivity across Kingsley Gate’s broader global platform. This gives clients access to deep, locally informed talent networks across North America, Europe, and other major financial centers, and supports searches that cross geographic, sector, and functional boundaries.
“Asset management and wealth are going through a period of significant transformation as firms navigate consolidation, the convergence of institutional and wealth channels, and the impact of technology and AI,” said Andrew Holmes, CEO of Kingsley Gate. “Paige has an exceptional understanding of these markets and the leadership capabilities required to succeed within them. Her appointment reflects both the strength of our existing franchise and our ambition to build a truly integrated global practice.”
“Paige has been a valued partner to our Global Financial Services practice, and this expanded role recognizes the impact she has made for clients,” said Mike Hindley, Global Head of the Financial Services Practice at Kingsley Gate. “Her standing among the industry’s leading investors and distribution executives will help us serve clients whose hiring needs span markets. I look forward to working even more closely with her.”
“Our clients and the talent they seek are increasingly global, and their talent acquisition needs are often not contained within one market, one channel or one discipline. Often we are called upon to leverage industry adjacencies and regional/global networks to access domain expertise and/or skills to solve for increasingly more complex mandates,” said Scott, “Bringing together the capabilities, relationships, and market intelligence gives us a powerful platform to serve clients wherever they operate. I’m excited to build on that platform with colleagues across every region.”
