Dan O’Donovan joins the firm’s Chicago office, Spencer Knibbe joins the New York office, Tatyana Freitas and Loreto Montoya strengthen the Latin American presence in São Paulo and Santiago respectively, while Alejandro Salazar-Simpson enhances the firm’s European capabilities from Madrid.

Kingsley Gate Partners, the leading firm in retained executive search that helps ensure a lasting fit between its clients and placed candidates, today announced that that three new firm members have been added in our Sao Paulo, Brazil location – Maria Eugenia Bias Fortes as senior partner, Priscilla Batistao as vice president and Betina Ferlic Dussel as principal.

Maria Eugenia Bias Forte brings over 12 years of experience in the executive search industry specializing in top level roles in the Consumer, Retail, Education and Life Sciences, Board and Executive Coaching practices. Prior, Maria Eugênia was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson and Spencer Stuart. Before becoming involved with executive search, her career was developed in marketing and communications. Maria Eugênia has a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Foreign Trade from UNA in Belo Horizonte.

Priscilla Batistao has been working in executive search and professional services since 2005 dedicated to the consumer goods, retail, education and assessment practices. Previously, she was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson and a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart. Priscilla is Brazilian and holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting and also possesses MBA in Retail Management by FIA USP.

Betina Ferlic Dussel joins us as a member of the life sciences and industrial practices. Formerly, Betina was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson and a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart where she recruited C-level executives for clients in the Life Sciences, Industrial and Consumer Goods industries. Betina holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando ÁlvaresPenteado (FAAP) in São Paulo.
