Rosana Souza is a Principal with Kingsley Gate.

With over 20 years in executive search, Rosana has a Generalist profile, with greater expertise in the Industrial and Life Sciences sectors, as well as in the CHRO function.

Previously, Rosana was an Associate Partner with Caldwell. She started her career in the pharmaceutical segment at Janssen-Cilag, in the marketing and sales areas.

Afterward, she was a Research Associate at Korn/Ferry International. In 1997, she actively participated in the start-up of Heidrick & Struggles in Brazil, where she developed a 19-year career, managing C-level search assignments for local and multinational companies in several industrial and services segments, primarily in life sciences, healthcare, retail and fast-moving consumer goods.

Rosana has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and an MBA from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC/ Insper) with a focus in marketing.

Rosana is a native Portuguese and also fluent in English. She is based in our São Paulo location.
