Guy is a member of The Omerta Group’s Global Banking and Private Markets Investing practice in London, working with clients across the EMEA region.

He is responsible for The Omerta Group’s activities in Investment Grade Financing and Risk Management, and is also a key member of the Asset Management Practice where he leads all Insurance related assignments for insurance companies, private equity clients and asset management firms.

Guy joined The Omerta Group in 2010 and has over 20 years’ of experience in executive search. His specific expertise is in EMEA Debt Capital Markets where he focuses on Investment Grade Origination, Syndicate, Capital Structuring and the associated product groups, as well as Structured Finance. He has a deep specialism in Private Side Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Marketing and Structured Solutions.

Guy is also a senior member of the Emerging Markets practice where he works closely with the firm’s other offices successfully completing searches in Illiquid Trading, Origination and Syndicate.

Prior to joining the firm, Guy ran the Fixed Income Sales and Structuring Practice at a prominent executive search firm for 6 years

Guy read Political Science & Philosophy at Birmingham University.
