Mark Esposito is a Senior Partner and member of the Global Financial Services and Finance, Risk & Legal practice at Kingsley Gate. Mark specializes in executive recruiting for C-suite executives and their direct reports to public and private companies within the global financial services industry.

Previously, Mark was the President, Americas at Sheffield Haworth Ltd. and was responsible for the management and strategic development of the US region in addition to being the founder of the US Corporate Officers practice. Prior, Mark led the Corporate Officers practice at Sextant Search Partners and was the founding Partner of the Financial Services practice at CTPartners.

With a hands-on client-centric approach, he focuses on delivering measurable value to his clients, developing extensive market knowledge, and supporting both clients and candidates from initiation through placement and transition. Mark’s extensive search experience crosses multiple sub-sectors and verticals within the industry, including global investment banking, asset management, e-finance, insurance, information providers, and professional services. Specializing in the C-suite (Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, etc) and Managing Director assignments, strategic client partnerships are an integral component of his practice.

Mark is currently the longest tenured member of the Board of Trustees at The Marvelwood School, located in Kent, CT.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College in Business Administration and works out of our New York City location.
