Chris is a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate.

He works to build executive teams and boards that can lead and guide companies as they compete, respond, evolve in a fast- changing world.

Chris spent over 12 years in Medical publishing, the Pharmaceutical Industry with GD Searle and the MedTech industry in Senior management with Medtronic and Boston Scientific and a venture backed medical imaging company. He then joined joined Korn/Ferry in Executive search.

Chris moved to lead CT Partners in Europe and then the Global Life Sciences practice as Managing Partner, advising small and large MedTech, Biotech and BioPharma in their successful quest for top talent and growth.

In addition, he has played a pivotal part in consulting with his clients on financing and other matters.
