With over two decades of experience in retained executive search, marketing, and business development, Andrew specializes in Asset and Investment Management within the Financial Services Practice at Kingsley Gate. He is recognized as an industry leader in conducting team lift-outs for the buy-side of the asset management industry, and his counsel is regularly sought by CEOs to advise on corporate growth strategy across the globe.
