2015
Our vision was to fundamentally alter the Executive Search industry.
In 2015, our partners founded a small boutique company in North America which gradually grew to India, Singapore, the Middle East, Latin America and beyond.
2022
With a significant acquisition, we expanded our presence in London and by 2022, we had become one of the few PE-backed global executive search firms in history.
2025
In 2025, we were able to marry our ever-growing AI-native platform with global infrastructure, and today we serve over 2000 clients in 40+ countries.
