David Nocifora is the Chief Financial Officer for Kingsley Gate. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company, finance and human resources.

David strategic contributions draw from his 25+ years of experience building and directing financial, operational, systems and cost functions for several organizations. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, David served as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of CTPartners where he was tasked with guiding the Firm through its critical stages of growth and transformation and had an active management role in developing and implementing the search processes that defined the Firms success. David also guided the firm through its IPO process and took the company public in 2010.

David holds an MBA from Lake Erie College, a BA in accounting from Ohio Northern University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

David is based in our Cleveland location.
