Tom Andrews is a Principal with Kingsley Gate, specialising in senior executive and board search across a broad range of sectors, with particular experience in technology-enabled, consumer-facing and services businesses, both public and private-equity backed.

Tom works primarily in sectors undergoing disrupted, structural change, including eCommerce, sports betting & gaming, consulting, and tech-driven services, where leadership capability, succession planning, and organisational design are critical to growth and value creation. He has led searches across the Board and C-Suite, covering roles from Chairs, NEDs, and CEOs, to senior leaders in HR, Legal, Technology, Commercial, and Finance.

In addition to his search work, Tom is actively involved in Kingsley Gate’s AI and innovation initiatives, driving our AI-native services while keeping human judgement at the centre of decision-making. He is also a contributor to Kingsley Gate’s Board Development Programme, the UK’s pre-eminent development programme for prospective FTSE Directors.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, Tom was a Consultant at Perrett Laver, where he focused on global leadership appointments in the education and non-profit sectors.

Tom holds a first-class MA in Classics from the University of Edinburgh and a PGCE.

Tom’s work is global in scope, with a focus on the UK and Ireland. He is based in the firm’s London location.
