Sloan is a senior member of the Global Asset Management practice where she partners with Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Secondaries and Special Situations platforms as well as a number of Hedge Fund, Asset Management and Sovereign Wealth clients that have Alternatives exposure.

She began her career in sellside M&A at Houlihan Lokey. Sloan leverages this differentiated industry background and deep technical understanding across Private Markets asset classes and the GP / LP universe to develop her network of professionals that align with her client’s strategic vision and objectives. Given her background, she specializes in placing senior-level investment professionals and also works across the distribution function.

She has spent nearly a decade post-investment banking in executive search and talent-related market intelligence roles at Korn Ferry, Bay Street Advisors and Gerson Lehrman Group.

Sloan earned a B.S. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia where she was also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team.

She splits her time between West Palm Beach and Kingsley Gate’s New York office.
