Nestor D’Angelo is a Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Development with Kingsley Gate, where he leads the company’s efforts to identify, evaluate and execute strategic business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, Nestor has been recognized for his strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership skills. Previously, he was Senior Partner and Latin America Region Leader at Kingsley Gate.
An accomplished international search consultant with more than 25 years of experience, Nestor has assisted clients in recruiting executives who lead profitable expansions, build cohesive organizations and manage complex reorganization processes.
Nestor has completed assignments for regional C-level and general management positions for various industries based in the US and throughout Latin America. He has also assisted clients in recruiting senior executives responsible for operations and functions such as marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing, technology and human resources. His clients include leading Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 organizations, premier regional groups, and privately owned companies.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Nestor was a founding partner that led the start-up in Latin America of Caldwell, CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles. He has lived and worked in the US, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela.
Before his career in executive search, Nestor held senior management roles such as CEO and CFO of major global pharmaceutical, consumer goods and service companies.
Nestor graduated with Honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has been recognized as one of the world’s outstanding executive recruiters in "The Global 200 Executive Recruiters," a book by Dr. Nancy Garrison-Jenn. Nestor is based in the firm’s Miami location.
