Muna Awwadová is a Partner with Kingsley Gate. Muna has over 20 years of experience supporting clients during their transformational and change management journey across multi-disciplinary industry sectors.

Muna has spent most of her career in the Middle East, which enhances her ability to evaluate senior executives with an eye not only to their industry expertise but also to the executive’s leadership capabilities and cultural awareness. Muna has successfully recruited executives to fill senior management positions in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Egypt, and Turkey. Among these positions are CEO, CFO, CHROs, Regional & Country Business Leaders, and C-suite roles. Muna has also worked with governments across the Middle East region to identify specific talent and advise on their long-term leadership planning (Nationalization & Succession Planning).

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Muna worked for Global Executive and Interim Management firms based in Dubai. She also spent seven years with KPMG, where she held a series of roles of increasing responsibility, heading the Executive Search Services and as an Associate Director of People & Change Advisory Services. She began her career with Credit Suisse First Boston and Talents Technology, based in Prague.

She holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Liberec and is fluent in English, Arabic and Czech.
