Michael Seeley is Partner, Digital Services with Kingsley Gate.

Michael has spent the majority of his career in the staffing and technology industries, consistently introducing new and disruptive ideas to recruitment science. Michael’s background includes leading architecture, software development, and implementation initiatives, in addition to customer-facing roles, providing him with a unique perspective into state-of-the-art software development for talent recruitment in the digital age.

Prior to his current technology evangelist role with Kingsley Gate, Michael was the National Manager for MSX International’s IT Solutions group and was also responsible for the management of the company’s most significant financial services client. Prior to MSX, he was one of the initial employees with CoreIntellect, a company that developed Business Intelligence tools using natural-language-processing technology, information-filtering systems and full-text indexing solutions powering rapid search and retrieval of data and content.

A graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce, Michael began his career as a software developer in the oil and gas industry. Michael is based in our Dallas location.
