Maria Isabel Caridad is an Economist from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, and holds a master’s degree in digital marketing from Universidad EAN in Colombia.

Before embarking on her career in Executive Search, she worked at Telefónica and Mondelez in Marketing and Loyalty areas.

Since 2015, she has specialized in high-level Executive Search for both local and multinational companies across various sectors, with a primary focus on Services, Technology, and Finance.

Maria Isabel has built her career in the Executive Search industry at firms such as Caldwell Partners and CTPartners, where she held roles as Researcher, Associate, and Director.

Currently, Maria Isabel serves as Vice President at Kingsley Gate, collaborating closely with Partners in Colombia and the Latin American region. She directly manages client relationship and her searches primarily focus on General Management, CFOs, CIOs, Marketing and Sales Managers, and other Senior Executive roles.

In addition, Maria Isabel is an active member of several regional and global teams, sharing best practices and participating in the development and implementation of Kingsley Gate’s tools and new technologies.

Maria Isabel is based in the firm’s Colombia location.
