Lena Masri is a Principal with Kingsley Gate. Lena works with a broad section of global clients in public and PE/VC organizations in the Technology and Industrial industries.
Before Kingsley Gate, Lena was a director with ON Partners where she focused on executing C-level and senior level executive searches across technology, industrial and consumer industries. Lena was responsible for leading the search processes including strategy, research, candidate outreach, candidate management, candidate assessment and client management.
Prior to ON Partners, Lena spent nearly a decade in banking as Branch Manager with Citizen Bank and PNC.
Lena has an International MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a BA from John Carroll University.
She is based in our Cleveland, Ohio location.
