Lauren Walden is Director, Business Development at Kingsley Gate. In this role, Lauren is responsible for guiding high-impact business development pursuits and accelerating company growth. She also conducts company-wide training, ensuring the firm consistently exceeds client expectations.

Previously, Lauren was a Senior Project Manager with Kingsley Gate, where she managed the onboarding and development of the project manager team.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Lauren was the Director of Operations and Programs at American Collegiate Sports and Fitness, where she was responsible for the creation and execution of the national marketing and sponsorship programs of 200 universities across the country. She also worked directly with clients to ensure the company met deliverable timelines, as well as managed the relationships with outside vendors.

Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University. She is based in the firm’s Cleveland location.
