Kyle Duncan is a Vice President in our New York office, specialising across hedge funds and systematic markets, partnering closely with our European & Asian colleagues focused on the same.

Kyle brings over twelve years of recruiting experience, serving as a strategic and consultative partner to clients and candidates throughout high‑impact and complex hiring initiatives. He has deep expertise supporting analytically driven and technical talent across the liquid markets landscape. Above all, he is a fantastic team-sport, cultural add to the Global Financial Services.

Before joining The Omerta Group, Kyle was part of Smith Hanley’s Financial Strategies Group, executing searches across systematic, semi‑systematic, quantitative, and technology functions. Earlier in his career, he worked with a leading FinTech company, partnering with high‑growth, data‑driven teams in fast‑paced environments.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Trinity College.
