Kimberly Nathanson is a Principal with Kingsley Gate in the firm’s Global Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.

Kimberly works globally with a diverse clientele ranging from global pharmaceutical organizations to emerging biotechnology companies, medical device, and healthcare organizations. Kimberly has extensive experience recruiting senior leaders in healthcare across clinical development, medical affairs, commercial, and regulatory functions. Kimberly specializes in conducting assignments for a variety of positions, including CMOs, CEOs, Franchise Heads, and Executive/Senior Medical Directors. Within the Healthcare Services sector, she works extensively with significant Private Equity-backed national organizations to smaller/mid-sized rural community healthcare systems.

Previously, Kimberly was a Senior Research Executive Recruiter with DHR International for six years and, additionally, has four years of Healthcare experience as a National Nurse Recruiter with AMN Healthcare. Kimberly came from a retail management background prior to her transition into healthcare.

Kimberly earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She has also worked in a wide breadth of therapy areas, including Oncology, Cardiovascular/ Metabolic Disease, CNS, Respiratory Medicine, Inflammation, and Immunology.
