Jorge Caridad is a Senior Partner Emeritus at Kingsley Gate.

With a combined experience of more than 30 years in the executive search arena, Jorge had conducted numerous assignments on behalf of regional and multinational corporations in a wide spectrum of industries. His searches include placements in roles such as CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, General Manager and functional managers responsible for marketing, sales, quality, finance, human resources and manufacturing.

Jorge’s diverse professional experience includes being Investment Manager of the Venezuelan Investment Fund. In this capacity, he served as a member of the boards of directors of several aluminum, mining and energy companies. Earlier, Jorge held senior finance positions with several global consumer products companies such as Seagrams, L’Oreal, Helena Rubinstein (subsidiary of Colgate-Palmolive) and Estée Lauder. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., becoming an Audit and Financial Senior Consultant.

Jorge graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela with a degree in public accounting. He is active in several professional organizations, including the Canadian Chamber and of the Human Resources Committee of the American Chamber in the LatAm region. He is also a member and founder of the NGO Superatec.
