Eugenia joins Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as Partner specializing in technology and AI.

Eugenia is a technology executive with a proven track record of driving growth, strategic transformation, and large-scale value creation. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at VASS, a leading digital transformation consultancy, where she served as Managing Director for the Catalan market, successfully leading business development and the comprehensive management of regional operations. Eugenia also led the definition of VASS’s global company strategy, executing inorganic growth operations to expand the company’s international footprint.

Previously, she was a Partner at IBM, where she took responsibility for developing strategic relationships and high-impact opportunities with major IBEX 35 accounts, strengthening her ability to connect complex technology solutions with the business objectives of leading organizations.

With a strategic vision of the technology and business ecosystem, Eugenia stands out for her ability to translate innovation into tangible results, consistently delivering value in highly demanding environments.

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institut Químic de Sarrià (IQS), a Master’s in Finance from INSEAD, and has completed a program in Sustainability and Corporate Governance at the University of Oxford.

She is based in Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate’s Barcelona office.
