Edward joined The Omerta Group in 2021, supporting the Private Markets, Global Markets & Asset Management practice in New York City. He specializes in all levels of investment seats, M&A, Sales & Trading, and market-facing roles and across investment banking, asset management, hedge fund and private equity clients.

His track record spans investment roles across strategies, as well as C-suite leadership, business heads and senior executives from fintechs to bulge bracket investment banks.

Prior to joining Omerta, Edward was an Associate Director with a nationwide search firm based in New York. For nearly 10 years he partnered with banks, asset managers, insurance, real estate and fintech firms to support positions across investment/corporate banking, private equity, risk management, compliance, investor relations, sales, and all aspects of the middle / back office.

Edward studied Finance at Seton Hall University.
