Eduardo joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate in 1997 and is a Senior Partner with the firm. He specializes in family businesses and has extensive experience in the Consumer Goods, Financial, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Industrial sectors.
Eduardo’s professional career spans fourteen years in the financial sector, having worked at Banco de Progreso and CaixaBank. Over his career, he has conducted more than 500 executive search processes.
He is an active member of the Executive Committee of ACG Barcelona, responsible for membership. Additionally, he serves as Vice President of the Codespa Foundation and holds positions on several other foundation boards. Eduardo is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and the Cuides Clinic Committee, as well as a member of the Expert Committee of 65ymas.com.
Eduardo holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and an Executive MBA from IESE. He is also a certified Coach by the European School of Coaching. He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, and French, and is based in the Barcelona office.
