Bettina Vogt is Vice President at Kingsley Gate, based in Mexico City, where she works directly with clients on Board, CEO, and C-suite mandates, with a particular emphasis on succession planning, leadership continuity, and board advisory.

Bettina holds a degree in Public Accounting (CPA) from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Prior to her career in Executive Search, she worked in private banking at Citigroup, advising high-net-worth clients on portfolio management and investment strategy. This financial foundation continues to shape her approach to leadership evaluation and business decision-making.

Over the past decade, Bettina has led executive searches for CEOs, Boards, and Founders across local and multinational organizations in Mexico. Her experience spans the financial services, real estate, technology, logistics, legal, hospitality, and aquaculture sectors.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, Bettina built her Executive Search career at firms including Amrop and Effective People México, and later served as Partner at Ezentia Group, a boutique executive search firm in Mexico.

Her work combines strategic leadership assessment, succession advisory, and a strong understanding of organizational context, with a particular interest in how leadership judgment, culture, and long-term continuity shape business outcomes. This integrated approach has translated into search processes characterized by lasting executive retention.

Bettina is trilingual in Spanish, German, and English.
