AJ Kuo is a Vice President at The Omerta Group, based in Hong Kong, where he specialises in recruiting senior investment professionals across Hedge Funds, Systematic Trading, and Global Markets for APAC. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has focused on Asian Macro Trading, advising leading buy-side and sell-side institutions on strategic hiring initiatives and building investment teams across discretionary and systematic markets.

Before joining The Omerta Group, AJ was a consultant at Selby Jennings, where he specialised in the recruitment of FX and Rates Sales & Trading professionals. His experience has enabled him to build a strong network across the global macro investment community and develop a nuanced understanding of the evolving talent landscape within financial markets.

AJ earned his degree in Business Communications and Management from Ohio University, USA.
