Ali Brainard is our Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Kingsley Gate.

 

As the Global CHRO, Ali leads the firm’s global people strategy with a focus on driving talent, culture, and leadership. In this role, she is responsible for shaping and executing human capital strategy across the organization, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

 

Prior to stepping into the CHRO role, Ali served as Vice President, Human Resources, where she partnered closely with senior leaders and Partners to scale people processes and support a growing, globally distributed workforce. 

 

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Ali built and led the talent acquisition function for a $12 billion publicly traded financial institution. Earlier in her career, she spent several years in executive search, leading recruiting teams and personally executing senior-level search assignments across multiple industries and sectors.  Ali holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is based in the firm’s New York office.
