Meher Deva is a Principal, Asia-Pacific with Kingsley Gate, with over a decade of experience in executive search, placing CXO, board, and senior leadership talent across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Meher joined Kingsley Gate as part of its founding team at inception in 2015, building out the firm’s business from Singapore before relocating to Mumbai six years ago to lead its growth across India and the Middle East. She has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations on leadership hiring across technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, including building leadership teams for global capability and innovation centers.

Earlier in her career, Meher was a product manager at HireLogic, a hiring technology startup, where she helped build proprietary hiring software — giving her an early, hands-on grounding in how technology can strengthen executive assessment, which she now brings to Kingsley Gate’s AI-native search practice.

Meher is based in our Mumbai location.
