May Chang is a Principal of the Asset Management Practice with Kingsley Gate.

May focuses on placing senior executives across the financial services sector. Prior to Kingsley Gate, she spent over a decade in executive search, with tenures at Korn Ferry, boutique firms, as well as in-house on the client side. She spent her early career in both financial and professional services.

May earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Washington, juris doctor from the University of San Francisco, and was a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She received her earlier education in the U.S., Australia and Taiwan.

May is based in San Francisco.
