Mina Paul is a Partner and trusted leadership advisor specializing in Board, CEO, and C-suite appointments across consumer, technology, private equity, data & AI, and transformation-led organizations.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Mina partnered with boards, investors, and executive teams across the Middle East and global markets to identify and appoint senior leaders who drove transformation, digitalization, AI integration, and scale at True. She built and led the Consumer, Digital, Growth Tech, Media, and DEI practices at Russell Reynolds Associates across the Middle East and Africa. Earlier, she spent over seven years at Spencer Stuart, where she served as Director of Enhanced Search for the EMEA region and played a key role in global change management initiatives.
A recognized advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Middle East, Mina has led and launched several region-defining initiatives, including the first Middle East IDEA Council for AESC, where she served as inaugural Chair. Her work in inclusive leadership and gender balance has been recognized globally, and she regularly speaks, moderates, and advises on DEI-related leadership topics. Mina began her career in human resources at Canal+ and the French Ministry of Employment.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Marc Bloch University and two master’s degrees from Sorbonne University, along with executive leadership certificates from Cornell University, HEC Paris, and INSEAD. She is Hogan Certified and fluent in French and English.
