Franky is a member of The Omerta Group’s Global Banking and Private Markets Investing practice in London, working with clients across the EMEA region.

She works closely with the firm’s clients across both Investment Banking and Investing. Franky’s experience in hiring for our banking clients includes Infrastructure & Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance, Private Capital Advisory and Infrastructure & Energy Investment Banking. For our investing clients, Franky has successfully completed a number of hires across Capital Raising, ESG, Infrastructure and Real Estate Investing (both equity and debt) and Credit Investing.

Since joining The Omerta Group in 2016, Franky has supported our clients on searches across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, working on searches for both internationally recognised global firms, as well as European boutiques.

Franky is a strong advocate for making financial services a more diverse and inclusive industry and has advised many of our clients on addressing the lack of diversity within their teams. She is an active member of 100 Women in Finance, Level 20 and the Women’s Infrastructure Network.

Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Franky worked at a small London based search firm where she led their Infrastructure Finance practice, focusing predominantly within Infrastructure & Project Finance but also covering other related areas including Natural Resources, Aviation, Shipping and Trade Finance.
