Kingsley Gate Partners, the leader in retained executive search that helps ensure a lasting fit between its clients and placed candidates, today announced that Alison Woodhead joined the company as a senior partner. Woodhead will be based out of the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Woodhead brings more than a decade of retained executive search and marketing experience to Kingsley Gate Partners. Her expertise spans a variety of industries and functions with an exceptional track record placing executives in finance, general management, operations and marketing roles within private equity, technology, and CPG companies.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Woodhead was a senior client partner at Morgan Samuels, and was responsible for securing, leading and executing retained executive search and talent consulting assignments on a global basis. She also worked with clients to support their human capital needs, including succession planning, talent assessment and executive coaching. Earlier in her career, she worked in brand management and marketing roles at The Walt Disney Company.

Ms. Woodhead earned her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and received her bachelor’s degree from Bard College.
