Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm that is private-equity backed, tech-enabled, and rapidly expanding worldwide, today announced that Matthias Hocke has joined as a Partner. He is based in the strategic European hub of Brussels, Belgium.
Matthias has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in the industrial and industrial services sectors, with experience of recruiting senior-level executives for FTSE 100 firms as well as start-ups.
He joins Kingsley Gate from Korn Ferry where he was Managing Consultant for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in the Industrial Practice. Prior to that Matthias worked with Heidrick & Struggles.
Before entering the search profession, he gained over 12 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility in the military sector (army aviation).
Matthias holds an MBA in international business studies from Maastricht University, and has also completed Harvard Business School’s Strategic Human Resources Management Program.
In addition to his native German, Matthias speaks fluent Portuguese, Dutch and English and possesses a good working knowledge of French and Flemish.
