He will be based in the company’s Dallas, Texas office.

Chase brings to Kingsley Gate Partners over 10 years’ experience serving the C-Suite, recruiting senior level leadership across various industries and functional areas.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Harrison served as a Managing Director with Rowe Global based in Dallas. Previously, he was a member of the CEO & Board Practice, Global Financial Services Practice, Chief Human Resources Practice and the Financial Officers Practice with Heidrick & Struggles where he conducted search assignments including CEO, CFO, COOs and other senior management positions.

Harrison began his recruiting career with RJ Byrd Search Group, a boutique search firm focusing on Finance and Accounting individuals. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, he was a Financial Analyst with The Woodmont Company.

Harrison received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
